Job Description:

Candidate Must Be:
- Assisting in field supervision in plantation
- Assisting Plantation Manager in preparing and conducting the work progress, plan, monitor, verify and supervise all works.
- To ensure effective, timely and accurate reporting to all parties.
- Control labor to maintain highest productivity.
- Maximizing production and yields.
- Implement agronomic best practices and standard operating procedures
- Ensuring all occupational health & safety requirements are compiled with, with including ensuring staffs and workers are adequately trained and equipped.
- Evaluating the estate with regards to possible options for mechanisation and reduction of labor.
- Ensuring field maintenance work ( ie. pruning, weeding) is done to an acceptable standard and cost;
- Increased focus on the nursery and replanting efforts with a view of maximizing future productivity and yield
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree with 3 years working experiences or Diploma with 10 years working experiences.
- Must have strong hands-on Plantation/Estate management / operation experience.
- Good leadership qualities and able to work independently with good team work;.
- Willing to work and live in a plantation
