Candidate Must Be:
- Experienced Estate Manager for managing 2000 – 4000 acres of planted oil palm land.
- Experienced in the palm oil industry with minimum of 10 years proven track record, preferably in hilly terrains.
- Knowledge in replanting and immature crops.
- Well verse with MSPO requirements
- Willing to relocate to remote area.
- Dynamic person with initiative, independence and ability to work under challenging environments.
- Strong leadership, people management and good organisation skills.
Other Requirements:
- Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (in any field).
